Driven by a passion for service, Josh founded The Ruth Sembrano Foundation, a nonprofit that provides healthcare and educational resources to underserved communities in the Philippines. Leveraging his logistics knowledge, he successfully facilitated the shipment of essential medical supplies from the U.S. to remote areas.

With this unique combination of military and nonprofit experience, Josh established Sembrano Logistics Services, a government contracting company that specializes in end-to-end supply chain and logistics solutions. His company brings the same discipline, reliability, and commitment to excellence that defined his military career, ensuring seamless execution of government contracts and impactful outcomes for clients.
